Nic Academy, a school with a difference, was established in the year 2011 A. D. (2067 B. S.) by a team of dedicated academic professionals, senior professors and teachers at Dillibazar, Kathmandu. Now, it is located at Sanobharyang, Kathmandu which is 5 minutes’ walk from Sanobharyang Chowk. It’s a reputed school which mainly follows activity based progressive pedagogy. It is enriched by earthquake resistant, zero floor premises with rooms equipped with multi-media setup to meet the requirement of modern and advanced educational philosophy. Now the school runs from pre-primary to grade XII. Nic Academy has been well received by both students and parents and has grown considerably since its establishment.
So, to continue with tradition and trend established so far the school is committed not only to provide the best schooling, but also to develop the child’s physical and mental well-being. The teachers have been teaching at the school level for years and are thoroughly familiar with the teaching methodology currently applied to the arena of education.

It is a European standard Montessori based pre-school in Nepal. It is an open platform for every child to grow, nurture and prosper in the cycle of life. Childhood is the crucial stage in our life and needs safe and nurturing environment for holistic development. Nic would be the suitable place for any child because it offers your child a great environment to learn and discover new things everyday like no other pre-schools. This stage is very important because it is also the preparation for school education. Nic has got child-friendly non-toxic play items and furniture. We use latest trends in teaching and early childhood development.

Nic SS/College (+2) is a senior wing of reputed ‘A’ graded school, Nic Academy. It’s a school with a difference established in Dillibazzar by a team of dedicated professors, teachers and professionals which is now located at Sanobharyang, Kathmandu. It’s 5 minute’s walk from Sanobhryang Chowk. Its premise is of about 8 ropanis of land area with modern infrastructures and set up. Here, at Sanobharyang, it’s run grade 11 & 12 in Management and Law streams/programs under NEB since last year. We are planning to run Bachelor’s and Master’s programs very soon.
Nic Academy brings a new model of learning to senior secondary students. It provides an exciting and positive schooling, with their learning, and empower them to achieve personal growth and success during and beyond school/college. The School/College’s aim is to develop an engaging and caring learning environment which fosters the holistic growth of each young person, and provides pathways to lifelong learning.
