NEW COURSE STRUCTURE:
The new Courses might be applicable from this academic session (2077-78 B.S.).  New course is about to be finalized.

• For Grade XI Management-2077: We have three choices. Students can choose any one. Classes for all Management groups will be conducted in the morning shift only.

1. Management (Business Studies Group)
2. Management (Hotel Management Group)
3. Management (Business Math Group)

• For Grade XI Law: In Law stream, Jurisprudence & Legal Theories ,Procedural Law , Constitutional Law & General Law are the optional subjects.

For Grade XI Management

• Should pass the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) with at least GPA 1.6 in aggregate from NEB Nepal, only.
• Must have minimum ‘Grade C’ in English, Mathematics, and Science in SEE.
• Must have minimum ‘Grade D+’ in the remaining subjects in SEE.

For Grade XI Law

• Should pass the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) with at least GPA 1.6 in aggregate from NEB Nepal, only.
• Must have minimum ‘Grade C’ in English, Mathematics, and Science in SEE.
• Must have minimum ‘Grade D+’ in the remaining subjects in SEE.

• Due to the Pandemic Free Online Application Form Issued.
• Applications will be short-listed & Admission will be granted on the basis of SEE result.
• Admission will be followed by a short interview.
• Limited seats & Admission will be on first come first service & merit basis.

Before you start to fill up Application Form for Grade XI, please read three important points.
1. Ensure that you have a digital copy

(only jpg/jpeg/png with max. 3 MB size) of
    a. Your recent passport size photo and photo must be taken within last six months.
    b. SEE Admit Card
    c. SEE Grade-Sheet (Internet Copy)
2. Scholarship examination will be held after the regular selection procedures.
3. Multiple Application Forms for one faculty will be summarily rejected. However we accept it for different faculties.

Submission of Pre-registration Form:

• Students should complete and submit an online Pre-registration form;
• The college will contact the successful applicants in 2 -3 working days;
• Pre-Registration deadline will be provided to students along with the result of the Entrance Exam.

Registration pre-booking Process:

• There are three options for the Registration pre-booking.

Bank Deposit:  The online registration pre-booking  amount can be paid by depositing to the college’s Mega bank account, please see the details below:

Online Payment: The online registration pre-booking amount can also be paid online through E-Sewa. Please go to your E-Sewa account and search Nic Academy college and fill the necessary information and proceed with it.

Visit college: An individual student or parent can walk to the college office at Sanobharyang for pre-booking after the lockdown is lifted.

• Admission will be granted on the basis of merit list of the entrance test. The Academy has the right to reject applications with incomplete information and papers. The final stage of a selection process consists of an interview with subject experts.

• Nic has TRANSPORTATION system.
• Due to COVID-19 pandemic, Nic will conduct regular classes in online platform and its duration depends on the government’s decision.
• Nic has a provision of scholarship for meritorious students. Selection is based upon Merit of SEE   Grade and Interview. If students fail in the internal examination held regularly in Grade XI,   the scholarship will be forfeited.
